Party for Animals Worldwide (PAW) raise funds & awareness for animal welfare and conservation charities through exciting live music events.
Party for Animals Worldwide was officially launched on August 21st 2007.
Pink, the multi million album selling superstar, added an extra date to her sell-out European tour to support PAW’s ground breaking first event. A notorious maverick, P!nk has never been afraid to stand by her beliefs - her strong passion for animal welfare and conservation was clear as she and her band radiated a mesmerising energy throughout their performance and absolutely rocked PAW's first ever party.

The event sold-out to over 7,000 people and over £90,000 was raised for six charitable beneficiaries through ticket sales.
Pink said prior to the event:
"I’m very happy giving my time to this very worthwhile cause. I’m passionate about animal conservation across the world and through my involvement with PAW I believe we can greatly help raise awareness and funds for animal conservation and welfare charities worldwide."
The Six launch beneficiaries were: The Monkey Sanctuary Trust, Marine Conservation Society, Born Free Foundation, SPANA, Animals Asia Foundation and PDSA. Each charity received an equal share of the profits giving them over £15,500 each.
The PAW launch was a memorable and enjoyable evening; we have a lot to live up to for our next event! We would like to thank Pink and her amazing team for their time, energy & generosity. Also the support bands Rachael Warwick & New Jack Union, Smokin' Circus and Maria Daines. Everyone else who donated their time and energy to help make the PAW launch a reality - you know who you are!

The Monkey Sanctuary Trust are dedicated to rescuing monkeys like Joey (pictured) from the primate pet-trade which still exists in the UK.

SPANA provide free veterinary care for working animals in remote areas across North and West Africa and the Middle East.
